Handstands & Hand2Hand

Most people know what a handstand is, but this class is designed to take the normal handstand to the next level.  A combination of calisthenics and Acro Yoga this class is geared towards helping you achieve and improve your hand balancing technique  Through the progression of classes you will learn to straighten and extend one’s body, while also learning techniques to increase flexibility and strength.

Open to all students without any prior experience, this class is designed to teach and safely build the core foundations.
